Hi, I’m Alexis — a Certified Nutrition Coach, Pilates Instructor with Club Pilates, and Registered Nurse with 25+ years in healthcare. I’ve spent my career helping others, and I’ve seen how many people want to take control of their health but don’t know where to start.

I’ve walked this path myself. Navigating my own wellness journey taught me that true change doesn’t come from fads — it comes from intentional choices, practical tools, and support you can trust. That’s why I coach the way I do: personalized, evidence-based, and designed to actually work in real life.

Whether you’re trying to improve your relationship with food, manage a health condition, or simply feel better in your body, I help you cut through the confusion and build a sustainable plan. My coaching considers both physical and emotional nourishment — because what we eat is only part of the picture.

As a Pilates Instructor, I also believe movement is a key part of wellness. Nutrition, strength, balance, and mindset — they all matter. I take a whole-person approach to help you thrive long-term, combining nursing knowledge, coaching strategies, and functional fitness into one clear plan.
