Who I Am

Hi, I’m Alexis —a Certified Nutrition Coach, a Pilates Instructor with Club Pilates, and a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. My passion lies in helping people live healthier, more vibrant lives. I’ve spent my career caring for others, and over time, I saw a clear need: people want to feel better, have more energy, and take control of their health—but they often don’t know where to start. That’s where I come in.

As someone who has been through my own wellness journey, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be. It’s not always intuitive to know what to eat, how to move, or how to build sustainable habits that truly support your health. I’ve been there—and I’ve learned that lasting change doesn’t come from fads or quick fixes. It comes from intentional choices, practical knowledge, and ongoing support.

Through my work in nutrition coaching, I help clients cut through the noise and confusion. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve your relationship with food, manage a health condition, or simply feel better in your body, I provide evidence-based guidance that fits your lifestyle. We’ll work together to uncover what really fuels your body—physically and emotionally—and create a plan that’s realistic and sustainable.

As a Pilates Instructor, I also incorporate movement as a powerful complement to nutrition. I believe wellness is about balance—strengthening your body, nourishing it with real food, and building habits that allow you to thrive long-term. You’ll find that I take a whole-person approach, combining my background in nursing, nutrition, and fitness to support you in a way that’s personal, thoughtful, and results-driven.
